Hi, I’m Antoinette!

I’m a mom of 3 humans and 1 American Staffy who just turned 1 in 2024!

I’m a multi-passionate, neurodivergent and proud Filipina Immigrant who loves working with creatives, leaders and advocates of change.

I was born and raised in the Philippines and 2018, together with my husband and 3 kids, we immigrated to Paris, France and that’s when all the magic happened.

Since 2019, I’ve been guiding individuals to step into the life they’ve always dreamed of.

My coaching career officially began then, but my experience extends beyond that through years of leading teams, supporting clients, and helping others make impactful life changes.

I’m a proud immigrant mom raising three children in France, and I’m deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in my work. This journey has brought me into connection with people from vastly different backgrounds—multi-million-dollar entrepreneurs, single mothers, corporate climbers, and even individuals impacted by war.

My Coaching Philosophy

You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here as your trusted guide in the passenger seat, helping you navigate every detour, bump, and destination you choose.

I believe in honoring your unique journey, recognizing that every client’s path is beautifully different. The answers you seek are already within you. My role is to help you uncover them, even when the road feels challenging.

I’m going to cut through the chase and be straight with you, I don’t have the answer — you do. The truth is you are the expert of your own life and gifts, you just need more courage to see it and believe in it!

There is no silver bullet, there is no formula or a guidebook you can buy that will lead you to your desired life.

In this current world where we were trained to think we have to be something/someone else to be able to achieve the life that we want. I beg to differ and say, based on my experience and the experience ot the clients’ I’ve worked with — it’s actually the opposite.

The right and only way is to go inward. Unfortunately, that’s even more scarier that buying a course, getting a certification or simply reading a book.

That’s is where the actual work truly lies.

My daughter had asked me, “If your clients are smart and you believe that they are the expert of themselves, why should they work with you?”

The answer is in the question. I firmly believe in you, even before I meet you. If you are here in this space right now reading this, it is already proof that you have an idea on what you’re looking for. You were just conditioned to believe otherwise.

In my practice, you know the answer to your every question. You are the answer that you’ve been looking for — and that is priceless, lasting, sustainable and fulfilling.

I do not subscribe to band-aid solutions. I am hard-core fan of values and purpose. I literally will die for mine.
